We at gcartonline.com take great care in delivering your products to you and we have partnered with FedEx® and Delhivery® for courier services. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered BookPost or SpeedPost.

We are committed to delivering your product with good quality packaging at the earliest to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

We ship throughout the week except Sunday & Public holidays.

We will email you your package tracking information after the package is shipped.

On an average, it takes us about 1 to 2 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order.
Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Pease note Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

At present we are shipping all over India only and plan to start delivering to international locations soon. We will update our website to announce international shipping once we commence.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
