gcartonline.com provides GST compliant invoices to all customers (B2C and B2B).

Billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway.

Cash-On-Delivery is only accepted in Indian Rupees in legal tender.

gcartonline.com provides both pre-paid and post-paid payment options to its retail customers.

However, only pre-paid option is available for re-sellers or wholesalers.

For pre-paid option, gcartonline.com has partnered with CCAvenue® payment gateway. CCAvenue® enables online verification and authorization of payments through the CCAvenue® payment gateway (www.ccavenue.com).

Multiple payment methods are accepted through the CCAvenue® payment gateway:

  • Credit Cards: Domestic Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
  • Debit Cards: Debit cards issued by most of the major banks.
  • Net banking: Net banking transactions of most of the major banks.
  • E-Wallets: Selected e-wallet transitions.

For post-paid option, gcartonline.com has partnered with FedEx® and Delhivery® to provide the Cash-On-Delivery (CoD) option to its retail customers only. In CoD option, FedEx® and Delhivery® will collect the outstanding payments from the retail customers at the time of delivering the orders to such customers.

Please note CoD option is not available for retail customers where such FedEx® or Delhivery® service is not available. In such cases only pre-paid option must be used.

DOES gcartonline.com STORE CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

gcartonline.com does not collect or store your credit card or debit card at all.

Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by CCAvenue® and subsequently by Visa or Mastercard or American Express directly without any information passing through us.

DOES gcartonline.com ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

At present we only accept domestic credit cards.
