We at gcartonline.com stand for quality and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

Return Policy

Return the product through the website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once return request is accepted we will arrange reverse pick for the product within 3 to 5 business days from the date of request.

Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

Please maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including all tags.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

After the receipt of the product at our warehouse, your request for refunds would be processed.

Note 1: - Some of the PIN codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us. Shipping charges to return the products to the return address if the PIN code is out of pick up location will have to be borne by the customer.

Note 2: - We do not offer reverse pick up facility outside India.

gcartonline.com reserves the right to reject returns from any customer, in case the returned product is not in a saleable condition.

Refunds Policy

For pre-paid transactions:

For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking / e-wallet transactions done online at the time of purchase, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

Refunds will be provided via E-Voucher coupon.
Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot deliver cash through couriers.

gcartonline.com will not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition.
  • Fake products returned by customer

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order or before order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once order is dispatched from warehouse, return and refund process to be followed.
