We take great care in delivering your products to you and we have partnered with DHL® and Delhivery® for courier services. We ship throughout the week except Sunday & Public holidays. On an average, it takes us about 1 to 2 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse.
Return the product through the website within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once return request is accepted we will arrange reverse pick for the product within 3 business days from the date of request if the pick up location is with in India. For sales outside India, the customer will need to send it back to us at own expense. If the product return reason is due to damaged or defective product we will re-imburse the return postage / courier cost to the customer. Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition. Please maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including all tags. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. After the receipt of the product at our warehouse, your request for refunds would be processed. We will email or SMS you your package tracking information after the package is shipped. You can track the package through the delivery partner site as well as through our website.
For pre-paid transactions: For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking / e-wallet transactions done online at the time of purchase, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment. For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions: Refunds will be provided via E-Voucher coupon. Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot deliver cash through couriers. We will not provide refunds in the following cases: Incorrect or outdated delivery address. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier. Package refused by recipient. Products returned in used or damaged condition. Fake products returned by customer.
